On the workshop day, participants log in to a ready-to-use virtual environment with a pre-configured AI agent framework. No installs, no configuration — just a browser link you click on your laptop. Everyone gets hands-on with their agent, then two teams are formed. Working with their agents, they race to build something ambitious.

Think: a competitive intelligence system tracking your industries and competitors. A business metrics dashboard surfacing blind spots across data sources. Built from scratch in just three hours.

Then teams swap sides and take apart each other’s work. Someone’s “unbreakable” solution will collapse in minutes. Everyone learns why.

I am Martin Schröcker. I work with AI agents every day, treating them as my opinionated co-workers. After fifteen years in engineering, consulting, and bringing technical innovation to market, three years ago AI completely captured my imagination. When agents emerged, everything clicked.

Now I collaborate with AI agents to research, analyse, build, and challenge my thinking. The AI Team Challenge is how I help others develop the same fluency and start creating real value with AI agents.
